Health and Social Security Week

Health and Social Security Week is celebrated every year through various activities aimed at increasing health awareness in society, reminding employees of their rights, and strengthening awareness of social security. As DIAPHARMA, we organized a special program with our employees to commemorate this meaningful week and raise awareness. The event provided an opportunity to share current developments and practices in both healthcare and social security.

As part of the program, brief presentations were given on the importance of health and social security. Employees were informed about healthy living, occupational safety, and social security rights. DIAPHARMA management emphasized that protecting the physical and psychological well-being of employees is one of the fundamental values of our corporate culture. Awareness was also raised regarding the role of the social security system in professional life and employees' rights.

During the event, information was shared on best practices in health and safety, healthy living in the workplace, and ergonomics. Employees' questions were answered, and practical health and safety measures that can be applied in daily life were explained in detail. It was emphasized that such activities help increase employees' awareness of protecting both themselves and their colleagues.

The event held at DIAPHARMA was also supported by interactive sessions aimed at strengthening solidarity and motivation among employees. Participants shared their experiences regarding healthy living and safety, strengthening internal communication and team spirit. At the end of the program, reminder brochures and informative materials serving as guides on social security and health were distributed to all employees.
